We had an exceptional 5-night stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. One of the highlights of the stay was the breathtaking views — absolutely stunning and something we looked forward to every day. Whether morning or evening, the scenery added something truly special to the experience. The combination of outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and fantastic views made this a memorable stay. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

This hotel is about 15 minutes from the old town. You will need to be fit to walk to restaurants and the historical sites nearby. However the views from the bedroom has to be seen to believe! Location could be better but on the whole very nice stay.

Hosts were very helpful with every aspect of the facility, area attractions, driving directions. Breakfast selections were plentiful. Reserved parking was super convenient. Views from our room of the countryside were amazing. It was a simple walk across the road to access the historic center of Perugia. This was a gem of a facility in all ways. Highly recommend.

Adoramos a receptividade. Super recomendo

We were in Perugia for a wedding and stayed at il Punto for two nights. The couple who run the establishment were so kind, helpful, and very tentative. Our room was beautiful with a breathtaking view. We weren’t there to sightsee, so it was perfect for us.

The property is beautiful. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It is a far walk from the center. I travel often and I was super impressed with the rooms. The view, amenities, cleanliness, and especially Janette, Luciano, and Patricia helped us navigate the surrounding to get to places we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again!
