Great place to stay and exceeded expectations

This is a clean and modern hotel. Unlike many Best Westerns in the US, this had the level of class and quality of a Marriot or Hilton. The service was excellent, the staff nearly all spoke English, and the breakfast was delicious. The covered parking is a bonus.

The hotel is very nice. It is approximately a 5-10 minute walk to the Ellera-Corciano Train station. It is approx. 20 min. taxi ride (25-30 euro) to the center of town. The hotel was clean with very friendly staff. Breakfast buffett was excellent.

A lovely comfortable hotel

We chose this hotel because it was on the outskirts of Perugia and it had a carpark. It is a lovely comfortable modern hotel. The room was spotless when I moved in, but the bins weren't always emptied completely. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. We tried the restaurant for dinner: it is Italian/Japanese fusion. Some dishes were lovely (the aubergine starter); but some were disappointing (my fish was overcooked); the others were also not enamoured....there are plenty of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood!!

The hotel seems to have two areas, an old and kindda refurbished, and a new one. We stayed what seems to be the old. The room size was good to fit 4, but would be nice to have some work done at the room. He breakfast is very good and well served, in a very good installation. Gym has very good equipment, what most hotels.woudnt have, but the air conditioner was not working. Covered parking lot. The area doesnt offered much in a walking distance, you will have to use the car all the time.
