"Great central location for shops, restaurants and bars. Kitchen not open for dinner at night if you wanted a quiet night in but breakfast outstanding and good value. Double room small and needs upgraded but bathroom massive and appears newly done. Overall would return and staff very welcoming. Parking an added cost but does save you paying at shopping centre."

"Beautiful hotel in a historical mill. Many original features have been retained making the hotel an absolute historic delight. The rooms were very comfortable but what made it for us were the super friendly staff. They couldn't do enough for us and you felt very valued and very much an individual rather than just another guest in a big chain hotel. Location was perfect for us, not far from the River Tay and some lovely walks along with the shops and pubs in Perth. Parking on site but recommend getting there early to guarantee a space. There is plenty of parking all round the hotel though. Considering our stay included the night of Scotland's first world cup match it was very quiet and we had good nights sleep. Please be aware there is no lift, but the staff helped us with our luggage up to our room. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so lovely!"
