室内がおしゃれでキッチンがあり使い勝手が非常に良い。Kings Parkが近くPerth駅までも徒歩で行け、CatBus停からもすぐなので立地も良い。ホテル１階にあるMount Street Breakfast Bar の料理がとても美味しくおすすめです。Perthに来た際はまた宿泊したいホテルです。

3~5分下ると無料のBLUECATバスにMount St/St George tce若しく上るとMalcom St/Harvest tceバス停で乗ることができます。Kings Parkや市内行くのに便利です。同じバス停からGREEN CATバスに乗るとCity West駅からFremantleへ鉄道で行くことができます。市内からの帰りはHay St/Barrack StでBLUECATバスに乗ることができます。

毎年利用しています。シティからも近く、かつ、少し離れた場所なので昔パースに住んでいた身としては何とも落ち着く環境です。 部屋が黒いカーテンでの開け閉めしか出来ないので、自然光が入りにくいのが唯一のマイナス面です。今回ばかりはシャワーの排水がとても悪く、不快でしたのでマイナスポイント多めの評価です。

静かでのんびり休暇なら
アパートメントタイプの施設なのでベッドとキッチンがゆとりあるのみで、ソファや仕事する用のデスクなどはありませんが、のんびり休暇を過ごすには立地条件もよくとてもいいです。 私は以前パースに住んで居たのであまり困ることはありませんが、スタッフも日本語はできないのだ宿泊者はほとんどオーストラリア人っぽいです。

ホテル前の坂を上るとキングスパーク。朝はキングスパークを散歩してカフェで朝食をとりました。ＣＢＤも徒歩圏内。空港直行バスが発着するバスステーション（Elizabeth Quay Bus Station）も近い。 夜７時半以降、朝は８時まで（？）フロントは閉まっており、その間の出入りにはパスコードが必要。早朝チェックアウトだったが鍵が返せず、仕方なくフロントのドア前に置いてきました。

18時には従業員がいなくなるホテル
１８時には従業員がいなくなるので、もしその時間までにチェックインが済んでいなければ電話で鍵を受け取るためのパスコードが教えられます。Wi-Fi環境でしか使えない携帯を持っている人は、どのように受け取るんでしょうか。 また、Wi-Fiは有料です。１時間５ドル、２４時間１５ドル・・・という感じです。部屋は広いですが、カーテンが２重ではないのでカーテンを全開にするか、全部閉めるか、という選択肢しかないので、外からの明かりを入れたいときに大変不便です。今回部屋が一階だったので、開けたら人が通って中を見られていやな気分になりました。 街の中心地からは１５分ほど歩きます。最寄りのスーパーも同様です。キングスパークには急な坂道を登れば、歩いて行けます。 フロントのスタッフはとってもフレンドリーで感じがいいです。ですが、２度目の滞在はないかな、という感じでした。

中心地まで歩ける便利だけど静かなアパートメントホテル
スタイリッシュなカフェとエントランスで感じの良いスタッフに迎えられ、部屋も快適でオススメです。 空港からタクシーで$53でした。 2月中旬に到着、昼間はとっても暑いけど夜は寒い旨スタッフに伝えると快く毛布を2枚持ってきてくれました。 備え付けの毛布と合わせて暖かく眠ることができました。 ただ毛布に髪の毛が沢山付いていたのが残念です。 それ以外は全て快適でした またリピートしたいと思います！

部屋も広くてきれいなホテルでした
アパートメントのホテルでしたが、部屋は広くてキッチンもついていて満足しました。キングスパークまでもすぐだしパース市内までも徒歩圏内で立地もよかったです。フロントは、夜19時になったらいなくなるのがちょっとマイナスポイントかも・・・でも帰りの日にチェックアウトした後も荷物を預かってくれて良かったです。

Little bit far from the central but quiet & safe.
10 minutes walk from the CBD, a green CAT is available near the hotel. Kitchens are available but no supermarkets near by. You have to walk 10 min to get there. Very quiet and safe, also clean. Not satisfied with the room cleaning, once in a two days. Towels are changed but the room seemed to be not cleaned on it. ( It might be because we stayed in the Christmas season. ) Staff are frindely, some cyclists come to the cafe as there is a big slope in front of the hotel.

ホテルズドットコムからのバウチャーのフロントオープンの時間に到着したにもかかわらず、オーストラリアのパブリックホリデーだったため、チェックインができず焦りました。 ホテルのロケーションは、キングスパーク、バスのターミナルに近く良かったと思います。 スワンリバー、パース駅なども徒歩圏内です。 10日間滞在しましたが、シーツの交換、掃除は一度もありませんでした。 タオルの交換は1日おきでした。 キッチンはとても綺麗で使いやすかったです。 無料のWi-Fiが使えればより良かったたと思います。

Lovely location, close to city and the Botanical gardens. Great restaurant attached to the property. Laundry facilities are a bonus. Room was good and had all the conveniences. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing was it was a bit noisy early in the morning with what sounded like some work in the room above and doors slamming, etc. Other than that I had a very good stay for 10 days.

Was value for money, spacious, well furnished with appliances in the room and had parking on site with instructions provided by the hotel. Staff was helpful in retrieving an item we left in the room. The taps creaked when used but otherwise everything else was good.

Spacious roims, we also had a balcony. Easy walk into Perth and a lovely cafe downstairs which i would recommend for breakfast it does get busy so book a table. Smoking is allowed on balcony and next door were smoking a lot. Meant it was not very nice being outside at the same time and even when they were not smoking we had an 'old ashtray'smell on our balcony and in our room. The room was a bit tired, carpet threadbare and some furniture on its last legs

Excellent place to stay for leisure/business and all that in between. The staff are friendly and supportive no matter what the circumstances. Definitely would not hesitate to stay there again in near future. Close to all amenities including a restaurant conveniently downstairs at a great breakfast bar and dinner. Special mentions to Christine, Eric and the reception staff would make my stay safe and well supported given difficult circumstances.

Appartements tranquilles et spacieux. Petit-déjeuner sympa. Personnel attentionné. Très près du centre-ville à pied dès qu'on a franchi le petit pont piéton en sortant sur la gauche et près d'un magnifique parc en remontant sur la droite avec une vue imprenable de Perth. Petit bémol : pas de commerces ou de restaurants autour, mais en marchant 10 minutes, on est au centre.

Location was perfect. Close to kings park and the cbd but the street was so peaceful it felt like you were further away. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back. Exactly what we needed to get away and reset!

Great location walked to CBD and Kings park. Clean and friendly. Would have been nice to be able to utilize restaurant downstairs and laundry. Restaurant was closed at night durning our stay 3 nights. We choose it thinking we could eat after a long day sightseeing. Laundry was only open during reception hours which closed early on weekend. We were sightseeing during the day. It was hot and the bed was right under the ac unit, was tough to sleep with fan right on us. Shouldn’t be a problem with cooler temps

Staffs professional and friendly. Mind you, they waited for us on a Sunday after closure without knowing if we were ever to show up! Our flight was 2 hours late... We will come back anytime when we go to Perth and already strongly recommended the place to colleagues. Feels like home, really. A chopping board for cooking would be a good addition to the kitchen, so to say it is pretty hard to find anything wrong to say. Room 204. Great stay.

Great location and good value for what I paid. Reception staff were very attentive. However, bathroom fan took a long time to turn off, which kept me awake, and shower recess took a long time to drain. Despite this, I would happily book again.

Riverview is one of my favourite places to stay in Perth! Pros: - The rooms are huge, at least compared to the usual highrise towers in the CBD. - Kitchen facilities (always great to cook breakfast and enjoy on the balcony) - Staff are friendly, and have looked after me when I needed a late check-out when getting an evening flight. - Still fairly close to the CBD, either to walk or get public transport. Cons: - Parking is very limited, and on street parking isn't free. - I feel the bathroom could be laid out a little better, as I found it a bit cramped (being quite a tall person) - You might get a bit of noise from the nearby highway, depending on what side of the property your room faces.
