チェックインの仕方を事前に聞かなくてはならないので少し面倒ですが、みなさん親切にしてくださり楽しい滞在でした。ビアカフェも素敵な雰囲気で美味しかったです。夜は階下の音が聞こえて少し気になる人がいるかもしれません。

一階がバーなので騒がしい

一階がバーなので、金曜日はバンドか誰かが、深夜まで歌っていてその音が部屋まで響いていて寝れませんでした。オーストラリアではお店は早く閉まりますがバーは遅くまで空いているようです。静かに寝たい人にはこのホテルはおすすめできません。部屋や設備は問題ありませんでした。

快適でした（ただし扉解錠キーに気を付けて）

最初、ホテル入口（というかドア）にロックがかかっており、とまどいました。申し込み後にホテルより送られてくるメールに解錠する番号がありますので、それを控えておく必要があります。解錠し、2階にあがり、踊り場に電話があります（写真）その後、スタッフが来て、チェックイン手続きになります。部屋はとても清潔で、机もあり、シャワールームもきれいで満足しました。一人旅でしたので、大満足です。翌朝もチェックアウトも、キーカードをBOXに投入するだけです。朝食というほどではありませんが、軽食もついていますし、ウェルカムドリンクでアルコールもありましたので、とても良いホテルでした。

Great room, great price

I stayed at this hotel on my birthday 10.06.203. For the price of $156, it was worth every cent. There was a queen bed and a single bed. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was also spacious. The location is perfect if you are going out in the city. Will definitely stay here again.

Das Personal war nett und die Lage gut, jedoch haben die Nachbarn von Nachmittag bis teilweise Mitternacht laute Musik mit Bass gespielt und das jeden Tag. Dadurch war keine Erholung möglich. Zudem war es nur oberflächlich sauber und teilweise sehr staubig etc.

Clean and comfortable, a tad noisy but it is above a pub, once it closed no problem & they do supply ear plugs. I enjoyed my overnight stay.

Very easy to get to, walking distance to lots of restaurants or pub downstairs. Unique - the bedside table had earplugs.

I found the updated and very cleanly renovated City Hotel accommodation to be appropriate and reasonably priced in a city that has many higher rated hotels. Many were situated nearby, but for my one night stay were not so reasonably priced. Well done and thank you.

This property is a perfect location for working in the CBD. I’ve stayed here a few times now since it opened. Unfortunately the room I stayed in on my last trip smelled of dampness/mould. I’ve not experienced this in any of the other rooms in the past.

Just needs to be more information about the venue. There was no code for the door given and we werent given any information about breakfast. It was provided in the fridge and promoted as a continental breakfast but no note on fridge to say this was the case and that the water was complimentary. Other than that was a lovely stay close proximity and friendly service.

Hidden Gem in Perth CBD

Nice rooms, though the sound proofing on our window over the beer garden wouldn't stay up (latch was broken); so we had a lot of noise from the bar below. However the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. Loved the complimentary drinks on arrival. Centrally located in the CBD, we were near everything. Definitely a hidden gem.

Fantastic place to stay

The best kept secret in Perth. This place was amazing, close to everything and the staff were so helpful. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in Perth.
