"パース中心部やスーパー（ウールワース）にも歩いて行けて、手頃な価格というところに惹かれて予約しました。部屋は広くて清潔だし、立地もダブルツリーバイヒルトン等と比べると多少落ちるものの悪くなく、とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。 ただ、スタッフのサービスに多少ばらつきがあり、宿泊中に洗濯をしたいときの案内が人によって間違っていたりしました。（1人は洗剤は無料と言っていたのですが、いざ使おうとしたら無料どころか用意がなかったり） しかし、不満に感じたのはその程度で全体的に非常に過ごしやすいホテルでした。"

"歴史ある外観、清潔で広い部屋、プール側に向いたベランダ、とても良かったです。中は綺麗にリノベーションされていています。5日間滞在しましたが、ベッドメイクは毎回丁寧で美しく感動的でした。シャワーやバスタブはすぐに適温のお湯が出ます。水量も豊富で素晴らしい。24時間チェックインできるのはとてもありがたかったです（ただし22時以降は自動ドアを開けるのに宿泊カードが必要です。初日のチェックイン時間には気をつけましょう）。目の前の公園は昼間は家族連れや学生たちが遊んでいます。美味しいレストランが徒歩圏内に無数にあって食事に困りません。コールズという大型スーパーも近くにあって便利です。美しいインド洋の夕陽も徒歩数分でビーチで見られます。 日本からの顧客に気をつけてほしいのは、パース全体が夜がとても早いことです。カフェは14:30、商店は17時、レストランも21時には閉まって、駅含めて街は真っ暗になります。治安は良い地域ですが、日が暮れたらメインストリートを選んで歩いた方がいいでしょう。特に直行便できてフリーマントルに宿をとっている人は到着が22時になります。Googleマップに従うと裏路地に案内されるので気をつけてください。"

"<英語の後に日本語で記述しました> I don't remember how many times did I stay in Perth, but it was the best stay I believe. I will probably go to Perth more times, but I want to make this hotel my regular place. First of all, I really appreciated the service of the staff. I looked for a parking space to drop off my luggage, but unfortunately I could only park a little far away from the hotel front. However, the front desk staff was very polite and helped me carry my luggage and gave me detailed instructions on what to do with my luggage until check-in. It was easy to understand even for non-English speakers, and it was a great help in a hotel where I sometime feel lonely when traveling abroad. I really want to say thank you that lady staff who helped me. We also received hospitality such as welcome juice and "warm" cookies, and the hospitality was very heartwarming, and my wife and I were very impressed. The room was also great. I chose a river view room. Early time I visit Perth, I try to reserve a Swan River view room everytime, but unfotunatly they have never let me through, and I gave up and stopped taking it a few times ago. This time, I just chose a river view room, but they reserved it for me. It may be ordinaly thing that they will provide you with what you have reserved, but I finally had my first river view, and the view was great and the sunrise was very beautiful. It was spacious and clean. There was a bathtub, and in the morning, I took bath while looking at the Swan River a"
