"We didn’t know you had to request room service and for a five nights stay only had our room cleaned once. We did not receive towels every day. The Jacuzzi did not work. I think management needs to take a look at these items. Richard and Denzel at the front desk were very helpful."

"Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again."

"Upon arrival I waited for the front desk staff to realize I was at the counter while they were watching a show on their phone. I signed their waiver acknowledging that there is a $250 fine for smoking but upon getting on the elevator the smell of e-cig smoke was overwhelming. The tables and counters were clean, but the sink had about an inch of what appeared to be black mold growing around the rim and was very visible to the eye. The toilet showed signs that it was not frequently cleaned during someone's extended stay because there were stains in the bowl. The carpet was vacuumed but was questionable as to how clean it really was. The pillow cases either were stained or not washed, it was hard to tell. The following morning the smell of someone smoking weed was so heavy in the hallway that it was coming under the door to the room making the whole kitchen stink. Going to check-out, the front desk had a roll down door that was locked and no instructions for how to properly check out. The only upside to this property was that it was mostly quiet and cheap. I guess you get what you pay for."

"Always a clean room.clean linens and towels. Always have nice staffs. And a spacious warm pool that goes outdoor, always clean when I'm here. Swim towels are always gone but ask with a little patience and you shall receive. Good breakfast with lots to choose from. cosy lodge rooms great family place."
