Silver lake & Main St. Perry are just minutes from the property & there are many great sites to check out in the surrounding areas! Enjoy our friendly farm animals that live on property as an added bonus to your perfect stay!

As often as necessary or desired by our guests. Our spaces are all self check in & check out. You will see a caretaker on property daily ensuring our animal pals are well fed and happy.

There will be a landscaping crew on site for lawn maintenance once per week.

You will see the stars and hear the birds & crickets chirp!

RW HOW HAUS sunrises are a MUST! If you are not an early riser, set your alarm at least once to see it! The view is also great from Inspiration Point in Letchworth State Park!

You can walk down the hill & be in Letchworth park in just minutes, or drive to Silver lake or be on Main Street in Perry in 5 minutes.

Rochester or Buffalo are each about a 40 minute drive. Niagara Falls, or the Finger Lakes area make for a wonderful day trip!

Guests may enter the animal barn located on the back side of the property, however guests may NOT enter animal enclosures or open any gates.

Please note, while we can sleep up to 10 guests (+with couches and/or blow up beds), our listing price is for 6 guests only. There will be additional charges for each guest beyond 6. See ‘additional pricing for details’, or send a message for information!

The outdoors area should be considered “common area/shared space” as we do also offer accommodations in the barn on the back/west side of the property. West barn guests will be asked to use the outer loop only of the driveway. Please be respectful of their space, and they will do the same for you!
There are designated fire pit areas- for you (house guests) it is in the west lawn on the side of the house, furnished with yellow ADK chairs
There is PLENTY of space outdoors for everyone to spread out & enjoy!

The view of the East lawn leads to the pasture where in the warmer seasons you will more often than not, find some of our farm animal friends grazing their days away! You may greet them at the gate with a slice of bread (one per day, please!) and they will soon become your bff's...
Hazel (our potbelly pig) lives on property year round and is happy to nibble on your compost or any other vegetarian snacks you offer her!
The ladies at the Chick-INN will provide you with fresh eggs daily (seasonal)!
The barn on the far side of the property is home to our friendly Camel, Sandy, the capybaras and some other fun animal pals (Animals on property may change). We encourage guests to enjoy the animal barn and animals throughout their stay! If you are uncomfortable visiting the animals solo, please feel free to schedule an animal experience with a caretaker.

Deep cleaning fee of $500 charged for any unregistered pets. Pets are only allowed when pre registered. Pet fee applies.

Mowing occurs once per week - please know that the landscaping crew will be in/out on property as quickly as possible.

During certain points of the year (fall) there may be a presence of cluster flies in the upstairs windows (mainly facing the East). We do all that we can to deter them prior to guest arrival.

Early check in or late check out (pending availability) available as an optional enhancement, inquire for pricing.

We have exterior security cameras for security and your safety. Be sure to register all guests staying/present in the home.
Tampering with the cameras in any way will result in immediate rental termination and a $500 fee.

As a part of check out procedures, guests are responsible for making sure all personal belongings are collected. We can not be responsible for forgotten/left behind items.

• 2 outside entrances: 36” door with 2 steps up (poor clearance due to steps)
• Main bathroom door is 30” door (poor clearance due to toilet location)
• Shower only in both bathrooms, There are no roll-in showers, no tubs
