A holiday flat on the 1st floor of a small apartment block. Living room with lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Bedroom (small) : double bed. Shower room with WC. Enclosed balcony with patio table and chairs overlooking the sea. Car park outside the building. Secure, communal store for bikes and beach equipment. This flat is an ideal base for exploring the Pink Granite Coast and is within walking distance of Trestrignel and Trestraou beaches. Take a boat trip from the harbour to the 7 Iles archipelago. Try your luck at the casino opposite Trestraou beach. Walk along the GR34 coastal footpath to Ploumanach, voted France’s Favourite Village in 2015. In the heart of the resort of Perros Guirec, between the beach of Trestignel and that of Trestraou, with a sea view!
