Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
First of all, we booked this in March 2026 for 2 adult couples and made the decision based on the description and photos which was a full 2 bedrooms with queen size beds in each room. When we arrived, we saw that there is only one usable/private bedroom as the other room is very small and has bunk beds.
Here is a list of everything we have an issue with:
The entire place setup has changed from when we booked it in March 2026
The second bedroom has bunk beds which DOES NOT work for 2 couples.
The so-called second bedroom is now a pull out couch which offers no privacy whatsoever and further, completely ruins our living-room experience
There is no A/C in the living room and also sleeping without A/C or even a fan, makes this further unacceptable.
The second bathroom barely functions. The shower is so dark, you can barely see even with the lights. There are no shelves for any soap or shampoo and thus everything just sits on the floor. WORSE, there is only WARM water. We could never get the shower to have hot water. Further, there are no hooks to hang up our towels.
We were supposed to have a clothes washer in the place, but it was out of order. We came from 8 days hiking in the dolomites and were depending on this to do our laundry.
The place smells very musty which is why you have a de-humidifier in the place because there was clearly water damage in the place
The was only limited toilet paper for 4 adults which could never work for the time we are here.
