Stayed in two rooms which were clean, a bit outdated but each room the heat did not work. Had to move into a second room on my second night because the room was 60 degrees. Clerk moved me to another room where the temp was the same but I go extra blankets which helped. Next morning HVAC engineers were all over the place trying to figure out what was going on. In all fairness, it is a budget hotel, the rooms and hallways were relatively clean. Just not my choice for the future.

The Richardson was a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable experience. One area for improvement would be the guest amenities—expanding these offerings could make the stay even more enjoyable. I would still recommend it for those visiting the area.

Didnt see shopping, the man at the desk that checked us in was the friendliest person i have ever encountered working at a hotel....he is who i would want greeting us every time we came in/ back from the hockey game/ even tho the sharks lost, asked us if we still had a blast...
