Percurso dos Sete Vales Suspensos

I booked this room only a few days in advance, hoping simply to be close to the airport the night before my departure from Lisbon. Hotel Roma exceeded my expectations in almost every way. I found it to be so clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I was charmed by the lobby and book exchange area. The buffet dinner and breakfast for an extra fee are a very good deal (were not included in my stay), and there are other restaurants and cafés in the neighborhood, as well as a Metro station.

Lovely little boutique hotel, The reception desk clerk was SO helpful and sweet. We walked up to the Jardim da Estrella and had some great sandwiches and the most beautifully tranquil atmosphere. The room itself was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, incredible shower pressure and plenty of personality. My husband’s favorite part was that it’s all on the first floor, no stairs to deal with. I’m not sure of the parking situation as we didn’t have a car, but the hotel’s car service was perfect for getting to the airport for an early flight. Highly recommend. (P.S.—After 3 weeks in Portugal, the Sao Bento served the BEST Pastel de Nata we had)

The breakfast was definitely the highlight for me. Amazing location as well and room. There two downsides: they do not have full beds, it is two twins together and the location of it makes it so the night is not quiet. All morning long there were sirens driving by
