Has stairs, a couple in the front, to the porch and a few when you enter into the back door. Has two rooms on the main floor, two upstairs (normal flight of stairs) and a bonus room in the basement (normal flight of stairs).

Minutes from Bradley University, University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria, and several Peoria area hospitals as well as Louisville Slugger Sports Complex.
Uber, Lyft, bus, car, bike, walk. You will need a ride from the airport but it is super easy to get around.
We don’t allow any pets or smoking on the property due to other’s allergies and the possibility of ruining the home. Charges start at $150 fee per occurrence or replacing things is more than $150, this fee and then some will be added to your charges.
