This condo sits on the second floor and requires two flights of stairs to enter the door.

On the riverside of the property, you’ll find a sparkling waterfront pool with jaw-dropping river views, tennis courts for a friendly match or two, and plenty of boat slips (first come, first served—don’t forget to register your boat before you arrive!). There’s even a peaceful boardwalk leading to an observation deck—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset melt into the water.

Craving some beach time? Just stroll across the street to your own private 730-foot stretch of sugar-white sand. No crowds, just pure coastal bliss. There’s a beachside pool, a short boardwalk to the sand, and wide-open green spaces to picnic, play, or simply soak up the sun.

Decals: $30/day for boat/trailer parking, $200/week, or $500 for monthly boat/trailer parking. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.
