Before arrival to the condo we were notified via text That we would be out of hot water for at least 2 of our 5 nights. The company would only reimburse us for 1 night instead of 2 nights which was the amount of time without hot water. We have yet to see the refund on our credit card. The interior of the unit was relatively clean. The blankets on the top bunk were filthy. The blankets to the bottom bunk smelled sour. The Toilet lid was extremely loose. The exterior of the condo needs attention. The door, door knob, and key pad to our unit needed a lot of attention. The elevator rarely worked. It was very difficult to get anyone on the for assistance with the hot water issue. Overall we were not satisfied with our stay at all.
