Hallway doors don't close at night. It's insanely sketchy. The rooms are in rough shape (floor peeling up, paint flaking, bathroom door broken, light fixtures missing a cover). Had to leave my stay early because I felt insanely unsafe. People are loud and are sometimes up doing things at 2 in the morning.

Kitchen didn’t work. No pots or pans to use in the kitchen. The ac unit was not sealed so anything from Outside can come inside. Door looked to have been kicked in. Floor was sunk in at places not all lights worked. But it was price low so it is a you get what you pay for. In this case it needs to be about 30 dollars a night cheaper ..

Had no idea that you had to check in before 10 pm. Called the number listed on the door with no response. Was not able to check in :/ Guests in the parking lot advised that I leave for my saftey as a female traveling alone.

The manager was so ignorant she told customers lies and she just acted gangster as if she could insult paying customers! I've never seen anything like it!

Never made it in the door. There was a crazy guy screaming at the entrance. Cops even showed up!! Also parking is tight if you have a large vehicle or is towing a trailer barely made a uturn trying to get as far away i could from that place.

It took 5 days to get stove top knobs to cook. The microwave caught fire the 2nd night, there was an all that went off at 2 am sounded like fire drill alarm, a main water pipe burst and a room flooded 2 doors down but I have to say Gene the maintenance man handled it very well! He also didn't sleep like 2 days of cleanup after! The manager was non communication and even worse the Zoe ,white co front desk or something, threatened that if I didn't get out of the room, she would call the law and Gene will throw everything outside and I'll have to wait outside in the heat he'd know I had to arrange a ride. The day I first arrived, those 2 said come probably at 3 may be ok now on the phone.I called ahead explaining 8 had a dog and needed a room promptly. Get there and they say oh it be 5 or 6. Then the manager explained that they have tenents that stay long term and very few rooms. So it takes longer for the cleaning. So I ask, ok if we come back at 6 it's a surf thing. Meanwhile my dog, my daughter and I are at Wendy's killing time. We go to a coffee shop, we kill time. Dog driving us crazy couped in the car. Go back at 6, those 2 walked out the door the man says oh ya they won't have it ready until 8pm! I say Hey?? Girls..help now he's saying 8! The white one turns back and tells him to pug me in127. I go to it it was dirty, towel moped the floor, the beds had the linen on top I had to make the beds, wipe down the counters. Thank God they put toilet paper, but after that 1st

I reserved a non-smoking room, but upon arrival I was immediately disappointed. The front desk clerk was extremely rude, demanding my ID and telling me to “go check the room” with no professionalism at all. When I entered the first room, I was hit with a strong stench of smoke even though I specifically requested non-smoking. When I finally reached the room assigned to me, the door looked like it had been forced open. The door frame was so loose that it felt unsafe, as if anyone could just push it in. Inside the room, I found cigarette butts on the floor and overall it was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever seen. When I brought these issues to the front desk, instead of offering help, the clerk yelled at me and told me to leave if I wasn’t happy. I politely asked for a refund, but he rudely said that since I had paid by card it was “too late” and only if I had paid cash would it be possible. When I asked to speak to a manager, he brushed me off and told me again to just leave. I contacted Expedia for help, and even they confirmed that the hotel was rude and uncooperative. Overall, this Comfort Inn was unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unprofessional. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Booked the room , got there and the person at the front desk just got through smoking weed so he really didn't know what was going on all right so we got it we booked our hotel room left to go get something to eat came back there were people walking down the hall smoking weed one guy was standing at the end of the hall with a knife get in our room and there is bugs flying around everywhere one flew in my mouth one flew in my eye I couldn't even take my food out because the bugs were everywhere I do not recommend this property this property needs to be shut down and condemned because all the riff Raff I did not feel safe it was just a horrible experience and very disgusting do not waste your money booking this hotel you will be disappointed and you will be scared for your life

They did not honor the prices posted on the website for pets and he tried to charge me 5x the amount. Then told me he cancelled my stay and emailed hotels.com. I called and they had no clue what I was talking about. Hotels.com got me my refund If I would have listened to the desk clerk I would have lost my money as a no show. Shady place

No staff responded to posted check in

Was not able to check in. No one at desk. No one answered the phone. Teenage boy kept going inside to talk to someone and kept telling us there were no rooms available. No employees ever answered the phone or came out to talk to me. Had to stay somewhere else.
