This agreement includes important information about your stay, such as house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and other essential details.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
We’re happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs whenever our schedule allows. These are offered at $20 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible to check availability and request an extension.

Shower Details
The shower has a compact design with lower head clearance, which may be less comfortable for taller guests.

Water Pressure Note
You may notice slightly reduced water pressure in the shower when the downstairs washer is in use. Once the washer is off, the water pressure returns to normal.
