A seemingly endless stretch of white sand beach is yours to enjoy at Ocean Breeze East 702, a gulf-front condo on the gorgeous shores of Perdido Key. From this seventh floor home, you'll have a private balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, and access to an outdoor pool downstairs.

This low-density building sits right on the beach in Perdido Key, with a dune walkover leading you to a quiet stretch of sand away from crowds. After a full day of swimming, sunbathing, return home to the cooling comfort of central air conditioning. Inside, the open living space features a full kitchen with a four-seater dinette and a plush living area with a cable-equipped flatscreen smart TV. WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home's modern essentials

The private, furnished balcony boasts a commanding view of the beach and the gulf - the perfect spot to bring your morning coffee, an al fresco breakfast, or a cocktail at sunset.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The HOA is beginning construction on the balconies Dec 1 through late February. There will be noise and no balcony access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location

The condo is the perfect size. Great access to the beach. The only downfall to this condo is the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress squeaks every time you move and it is loud.

Beautiful Beach

This property was clean and had a wonderful ocean view. I am glad the building was smaller than surrounding building because that meant less crowded beach for us. Our only complaint is that all the beds were very squeaky and we woke each other up rolling over in bed.

Ocean Breeze 702 Sibling Reunion

My family loved that it wasn't highrise and only 8 stories meaning the property beach was more private and not congested with tents and chairs. Our rental was the cleanest of any that we've rented on other properties. Recommend to others looking for privacy and cleanliness. Also located close shopping.

Perdido paradise

Absolutely love the area. Stay in the area a couple times a year. Have stayed on this property in different units in the past. The unit needs some mattress attention and a little bit of painting and maintenance. Overall it was a good experience. The unit was clean and comfortable other than the wore out mattress.

The condo was very nice and clean. However, there were some issues: bed in master bedroom was very uncomfortable; no blow dryer in master bathroom; not enough serving bowls in kitchen.

This was a clean property. Definitely has some aging so areas didn’t look as clean as I think it was. It smelled wonderful when we walked in. The beds were comfortable but a little squeaky. The furniture on the balcony was good, but could use new cushions. More rugs would have been nice due to sand from the beach. Plenty of bathroom & kitchen supplies. With the exception of the confusing check-in process it was a good stay!

Great location and price

My husband and I just spent 6 days at Ocean breeze East number 702. Pros at this condo are great location, safe condo, easy beach access, kitchen was stocked with everything utensil wise. Cons were the master mattress was very soft with a large lump in the center, neither of us slept well in this bedroom. There were several items that would have only taken about an hour to repair that should be such as the spare bathroom toilet paper holder was not there, the towel rack was loose, the toilet seat had a large crack in it, and the living room couch as well as the two chairs were very uncomfortable and the cushions sunk in tremendously. When owning a condo such as this, it's nice to see when owners take pride in the condo instead of letting it age and not updating it accordingly. We appreciated the stay and had a great time at the beach as we always do, however, this particular condo was not up to par in our opinion.

Our June stay

Great find! Loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. I do suggest bringing your own coffee, soap, and laundry detergent. I am used to staying in places that usually has at least like 2 cascades and enough for 1 load of laundry. Not too big of a deal though! The view was amazing!!! We loved spending the evening on the beach and waking up to the views. 2 full bathrooms with kids was super helpful as well. Dave’s snowballs directly across the street was a sweet treat, and breakfast was maybe a 2 minute walk from the room. Highly recommend and plan to be back!
