Exclusive Beach Colony is located on 11 acres of fabulous beachfront. The ingenious angular living room design transforms every residence into a Corner unit. Wall-to-wall sliding doors and adjoining windows actually wrap around the living room, filling it with light, and revealing the panoramic beauty of the Gulf. The sweeping 300 SF terrace will be a favorite spot for quiet moments and lively gatherings alike. The uniquely situated Master Bath is a world unto itself. First impression is a happy beach house feeling! It's truly Southern Living at its best. Panoramic beach views make this vacation rental one-of-a-kind.

*Special Note: The new owners are in the process of making additional updates to this premier vacation condo. The family room been updated with a new sofa and loveseat and inlcudes two additonal comfy chairs, making this a perfect gathering spot for all! We enjoyed this condo and its location. The condo was not the cleanest one we have been in, nothing terrible just inconvenient when you have small children and there are old crumbs and dust balls under the sofa. There was unexpected construction and the host was very good at communicating information and staying in touch to make sure we were inconvenience as little as possible.

Lovely condo at a very crowded beach.

The condo itself: A cut above similar properties. Furnishings are fresh and clean, the kitchen was well stocked and everything is updated. Has a Keurig as well as a regular basket coffee maker. The bed linens are nice. It appears this property may not have been in the rental market for very long because it doesn’t have that tired feeling. We picked it because of the view off the balcony and we’re not disappointed. Patio roomy with quality patio furniture enough for everyone in our large group to sit out there, eat, play board games. We all agreed being on the second floor was ideal because you could see over the dunes to the beach, but if you didn’t feel like waiting for the elevator, you could easily take the stairs. The beach itself of course was lovely, but very crowded in this general area as there are multiple condo towers on this and neighboring properties. I’m talking about four or five rows of chairs, umbrellas, and tents on busy days. Get ready to be elbow to elbow with others. But I suppose that’s what you get when you rent at any condo tower. This is our first condo rental in a while for that reason. Having said that it was less unpleasant then I anticipated , and nobody played loud music or was otherwise obnoxious. We rented this property because of the indoor pool and outdoor pools for our 3&5 y/o grandkids. But the shallowest part of these pools was 3 feet. The kids ended up sitting in the spa with their mom.
