  • Your stay at Emerald Dolphin 1610 is sure to create perfect memories in Pensacola Beach. This spacious Pensacola Beach, Florida condo is over 1,800 square feet and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms that sleeps seven.

    Pensacola Beach and nearby Pensacola has so much to offer. There are great local restaurants and a quaint downtown that is always full of activity. There are also many historical sites nearby. If you need an easy way to explore, the Pensacola Beach Trolley offers free rides from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

    Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from your private balcony that has beautiful Gulf views. After you’ve spent the day on the sugar sand beaches, unwind inside with a family movie on the 50-inch big screen in the living room. Two brand-new sofas have replaced the sectional, giving everyone space to sit back, relax and enjoy time with family or friends.

    You’ll be delighted to prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, which also has a Gulf view. Make your family favorites and gather around the dining room table and watch the sunset for the ultimate dining experience.

The condo is exactly as advertised: clean, spacious, with beautiful water views! Access to the beach is an easy walk across the street. We loved our stay here, and would definitely book again!

The kitchen was very well stocked. I will say that the very first thing on the list of kitchen amenities was a blender there was no blender which was kind of disappointing. As we had already gone and bought all the stuff to make pina coladas that we could not take home with us because we were flying and driving.

This was such a great property for our family! Each couple had their own bed and bath and the living area was all open with plenty of seating. The views off the wrap around balcony were spectacular! You do have to cross the road to go to the beach but it is close and we had no problem crossing. We would love to stay here again!!

Perfect getaway

We came in from Ohio and other family members from Georgia. We had an very relaxing weekend. Loved the fact the beach and Peg Leg Pete’s were so close. The balcony is where we spent mornings and evenings.

Great Family Beach Vacation

We loved this corner property! We had the best views of the gulf and bay. Minutes walk to the beach and to our favorite restaurant…. Peg Leg Pete’s. Condo was equipped with everything you needed to cook and serve with. I don’t think the add said w/d and what a surprise it was when I got there and I opened a closet and to my surprise a w/d. plenty room for our family beach vacation! The decor was beautiful! We will rent here again!

Emerald Dolphin

Our family had a great experience with this condo at the Emerald Dolphin. The condo is listed with VRBO but it’s actually with Southern Vacation rentals. Southern Vacation rental was absolutely the best experience ever. Southern was very informative leading up to our trip with useful information. The condo was exactly as depicted in the photos. The condo was cleaned perfectly when we arrived. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. We will definitely return to this condo.

Amazing

Condo was immaculate. Beautifully decorated. Views throughout the condo were gorgeous, with water on 3 sides. We were able to watch Blue Angels practice from afar on the back balcony. Roomy and airy, this condo has so much natural light. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was fantastic, no one waiting for the others when coming back from the beach. Adequately stocked kitchen. I was concerned initially about being across the street from the beach, but it was no problem at all for us. That included taking 5 chairs and a canopy across to the beach as well as our 8 yr old son. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our vacation.

Amazing Views!

The process was very easy. The views and locations were amazing. Had plenty of room for the whole family. It was clean and very nice. Will definitely will be booking again. Weather was perfect. Stayed from Sept 10th thru the 15th.

Paradise found!

Beautifully furnished unit (as pictured) with amazing views of both Gulf and sound. Perfect pool and a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Unit was quiet and other residents were friendly. 10/10 will stay again!

condo was very accommodating for our family. the view was beautiful! was able to see dolphins and rays swimming by in the clear gulf water. great restaurants nearby.
