CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Holiday reservations are non-refundable: Blue Angels Week(7/12/26-7/19/26), 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable. Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.
Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation: Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in. Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties. Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
Check-in time: Typically Between 3:00 and 5:00pm. Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking. All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on the day of arrival.
Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly.

Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and there will be, without exception, a $200 charge.

Wonderful communication before, during, and after our stay. We've stayed in 2 BR units in this building, but this 3 BR unit was wonderful and much more spacious. Great amenities and location. First floor, right near one set of stairs which was a bonus since one elevator was out of commission for upgrades. Would definitely stay here again!
This place was terrific. Super clean and conveniently located on the first floor by the stairs. Makes access super easy to and from the parking lot. Amenities were great, everything worked. Property manager was very communicative. I would absolutely stay here again.
The condo was clean and comfortable. Easy access straight to the beach or pool without having to wait for the elevator. Close to restaurants and shopping too. Donna was great!
Very nice stay and beautiful views of the beach. Loved everything about the condo! Only downside was the resort does not have any grills, but the condo did have a George forman to grill with. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean unit and the communication was perfect! Loved that it was renovated and tastefully decorated We have stayed at Emerald Isles over 10 times and this was our favorite unit thus far. Being on the first floor near the stairs was amazing given the elevator situation in this building! Highly recommend!
We had a great experience! The condo was clean and very comfortable for 5 adults. Perfect location and the view was amazing. Check in was a breeze and Donna was so helpful. We hope to stay here again.
Super clean, conveniently located, easy beach access…this place was great! We cooked 3 meals a day in this well furnished kitchen. Pools were pristine also! Comfy beds and an cozy couch made for a very relaxing few days for our little family.
This property was fabulous! So nice and in a perfect location to beach and all activities. We parked our vehicle and didn't have to get back in it until we left. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Donna, the property host was amazing. She was able to get us into the property earlier than expected and stayed in constant communication. We will definitely return.
