7. Please Note: An exterior security camera is present and in place at the front door of the condo for added security. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.

We had a fantastic stay! There were a couple cons- there is a gate code even if they say there isn't one. Customer service was fantastic but it was frustrating to sit on hold trying to figure it out when we had just gotten into town. Secondly, they clean with bleach (which is great) but our travel clothes were ruined by running in and going to the bathroom. Pants that touched the ground were bleached.Otherwise, it was a beautiful room! It was very clean and stocked with so much! The view was unbeatable, new washer and drier, had no issues with parking or the elevator like others mentioned. The pool and beach were fantastic. We were there late April/early May and the beach was empty! It was an absolute dream and I couldn't recommend this condo more!

Amazing view!

Great location and awesome views. Right on the ocean. Full ocean views from the living room and balcony. Building, condo, and furniture could use some updating. Building codes at front door and door from pool were a pain and didn’t always work. The link to register our car never worked despite multiple messages to the management company. The listing isn’t clear but we received chair service for 2 for free. We paid $50 for an additional 2 chairs and an umbrella per day for the 2 couples to enjoy. This was a nice surprise! The elevators were very hot and smelly the whole time we were there. They smelled of mold and mildew. It was really bad in the afternoons when it was the hottest. Another gross thing was the mold and mildew on the shower curtains and the gripper in the tub. Very gross! This unit is offered from a management company, not an individual so the service and connection are missing. Most people stay Saturday to Saturday in this building so these days are crazy with people loading and unloading. We couldn’t get an elevator Saturday morning and had to take the steps down 9 floors! Overall we had a great time but we will find a cleaner place next year!

Pensacola Perfection

We stayed at Caroline & David's property for 4 days with early check-in and late checkout. We did not want to leave! From the time we first stepped into the condo, we knew we made the right choice. The place was impeccably clean, professionally decorated and smartly stocked. Everything we possibly needed (we cooked Gumbo!) was provided. We didn't need to buy any supplies while we were there. The view was spectacular. Coffee on the balcony every morning. Cozy movies at night. Beds were comfortable. We give our strongest recommendation for this condo and will stay here again when we return! What amazing hospitality! Thank you so much, Caroline & David!

Condo was clean and crisp. View was amazing. All amenities were available. Our only complaint was the ceiling fan in the master makes noise so we weren’t able to use while trying to sleep and the ac takes a long time to lower in temperature, usually until the middle of the night to get to 70 degrees.

What a wonderful place to stay! Location was great, condo was clean, comfortable beds and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. We did have a few issues with the gate code on our first day, and got locked out of the condo twice but was able to get back in quickly with a code reset. The elevators moved a little slow and one was out of order but all in all it was a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! Condo was clean, had great views and property was as listed. I would’ve appreciated a more comfortable queen bed and better linens- towels and sheets were cheap and thin. I would stay here again though, because of the convenience to everything, the pool and the gorgeous gulf front unit.

Super easy check-in process and condo is very well appointed. We enjoyed having a full kitchen with lots of cookware. View from the master bedroom and balcony was awesome. Washer/dryer in unit is really nice to have after a long day in the sun. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Bring your own cooler and beach chairs tho...nothing furnished for the beach.

The unit was clean, great view, everything was in working order, but there was only one working elevator for a 17 floor building. I don’t know if that could have been conveyed to us, but it was a definite negative. Waited 20 minutes the first morning for an elevator and on multiple occasions, the elevator stopped at our floor, but it was full, so waited longer. During the entire week, the wait for an elevator was much longer than one would normally wait. Was told the elevator needed to be replaced. Suggest advising future occupants.
