「Overall, everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay. Special thanks to Shah, who was extremely helpful and friendly. I really appreciated his assistance. The only downside was the cigarette smell coming into the room, which was a little uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent!」

「I booked this hotel based on customer rating also it shows that hotel is 4 star hotel but it looks like hostel not 4 star hotel. I stayed one night because I couldn’t change hotel I didn’t stay three night as I booked because hotel was like hostel. Breakfast was bad , rooms were not maintained well.」

「The property was dated. The TV didn't work, the shower water spilled everywhere since the door was not connected right, and the toilet had stains all over the button to flush. The room also smelled like heavy smoke. There are several food options in a walking distance. The area seems safe enough. The nearest train station was about a 10 min walk and quick and easy to connect to all regions」

「Location seems not to far on the map from the main attractions in Istanbul but due to traffic often takes two hours to get there due to traffic. Staff were really good. Heidar, Omar and Ahmet and another one I have forgotten the name were really helpful and polite. The wifi is limited and only two people can use it and if you need more devices access wifi theyvask for more passports!!! So wifi limitations sucks」
