"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. "Budget 4 stars. Breakfast buffet was decent with Asian and Western dishes. Between nasi lemak, roti canai and noodle soup, the second had the best taste. Lots of foreigners during breakfast, >50%. It got crowded and they started cleaning up before we finished! Room compact with amenities and nice shower. A/C worked well. Location across from a small forested park. There used to be a cable car station there, but don’t think it is working anymore. The hotel has a small convenience store. They say the closet mall was Sogo about 15 minutes walk in the heat."

"So glad we decided to stay here. Location is great, ten minutes walk to Suria or Quill City. Staff are very nice and courteous even when it's very busy. Pool is great for kids and the playground was a big hit with our kid. Highly recommend this hotel for families. Would definitely come here again if in Kuala Lumpur"

"Aloft is centrally located with direct access to the KL train hub. The KLIA Express connects to the airport smoothly. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet (around US$16 pp) with a great variety of Western and Southeastern Asian cuisines. The rooms are very spacious and sparsely furnished, with very comfortable beds and pillows (and a not-so-comfortable sofa by the window). The train hub connects to a shopping center with an extensive selection of stores and restaurants, where you can find any amenity you may need. Highly recommended hotel."

"Beautiful renovations especially on the lower floors. Location is the best in KL as literally the Pavillion is across the road. Amazing customer service and breakfast buffet is WOW. Only stay there when in KL. Have compared to many hotels in the area. Still number 1 especially now with renovations fully complete."

"All staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety available. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and comfortable. Good bathroom amenities, and large counter space in bathroom. Bed was really comfortable and we had good sleep. Only a few negative things - too many light switches around the room - we stayed for 10 nights and still couldn’t figure out which switch was for which light! And one major problem - there wasn’t much storage space to store luggage and to keep clothes. Otherwise excellent property - especially the location - most good shopping centres nearby."
