The room was really nice and clean. Bed was a little firm for our liking, but was sufficient for our 1 night stay. The front desk was nice and friendly. We did eat the breakfast buffet and it was all really good. Love the "beans to coffee" machine. The location was nice with alot of stores and restaurants close by as well. Would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.

The staff was very positive and helpful. The hotel overall was fairly clean and organized. For the price, it was a very good choice of stay for our softball tournament. The location is ideal for ANY needs. Many restaurants, gas stations, clothing stores and any other facilities that one would desire within minutes from this location. I would definitely stay at this location in the future again.

We used this facility as a central location to visit with friends and relatives in nearby areas. The only issue was the lack of lighting and electrical outlet in the area around the table.

This property was unique because of 1 person, Willie at the front desk! He hands down is the BEST associate at any hotel we've ever stayed at! And we travel all the time. This time the circumstances were not pleasure, but he sure did make us feel welcome like family and comfortable to be there! Being in customer service leadership for many years I would definitively keep my eye on him, he is a true assest to your company, Willie is what the hospitality industry is all about, so many others...

Clean

This was a very pleasant stay. Friendly, helpful staff; reasonable price; clean room; comfortable bed; excellent water pressure in shower; quiet; conveniently located; good variety at breakfast. The only potential 'problem' was with the TV in the bedroom; however, we had a suite and watched television in the living room area.

Great location. Across from the Louisville slugger complex. Shopping and good eating.

The courtyard was great but buildings in the neighborhood looked a little warn. It would’ve been nice to walk somewhere for a coffee or lunch. Even though hotels offered great options, it would be nice to have options and be able to explore city on foot.

Amazing hotel...beautiful a d cozy! You will not be disappointed in this little inn.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit local family. Simply amazing. We love the location and the staff. Very clean and great breakfast. Never had one issue.

Place was great! Staff was nice! Was offered a corner upper room, it was wonderful! The downtown area at night is a little sketchy, but all in all the hotel was great!

Check in and check out were easy. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff. Convenient location
