First and foremost, I had no issues with any employee at the hotel. All employees were helpful as they could be. I got in on Thursday and unpacked quickly as we had to be out. Came back pretty late and had to be up and out early Friday. Saturday is when we really noticed problem after problem. We thought there was an issue with the air conditioning, but it was pretty cool at night and we were gone during the day mostly. On Saturday it was very hot during the day and the air conditioning, set on high cool, was literally blowing hot air. I notified the front desk, but was kindly told the maintenance person wasn’t there on weekends. Other problems include...horribly dirty floors that blackened our feet within 30 seconds of taking our sandals off. crickets in the room, including one in the sheets and several deceased under the bed. The top of the microwave had a fairly thick of gross, greasy dust. There was what I can only hope were coffee grounds and more dust in the cabinet. The toilet seat was almost all the way off, but I reached around and screwed the plastic screws in and fixed it. The shower did not drain properly. While the pool is closed due to covid, it hasn’t been open any of the times we’ve stayed there over the last four years. This year I counted six frogs In the pool and only one cat Running around. Any concrete that is on that property is in need of dire repair. I’m the parking lot to the walk ways throughout the motel. I’m out of characters but would add more.
