"There was an issue with our check in because the inhabitant of one of the rooms didn't check out. But the front desk person was great and found us another room. It is worth noting that there isn't an elevator so if you have mobility issues, be sure to ask for a ground level floor. The hotel was comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool."
"We had a very comfortable stay in the cottage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. All of the rooms were exceedingly comfortable. The bed in the Master suite is probably the most comfortable bed I've ever encountered at a VRBO. The master bathroom is likewise a delight with its double shower. The living room is spacious and made visiting easy and comfortable. The A/C units provided kept us adequately cool in daytime, open windows at night let a cool breeze in.There is a patio off the master and sitting out there at night you can see the stars so clearly. There is a clear and unobstructed view of the mountain in the mornings and you're likely to see deer wandering through the yard. I cook, so the lack of a full sized oven was a disappointment, but the countertop oven served us well enough when I found a pan that fit and we pulled off a bread pudding for breakfast. The stovetop was also a challenge, it's gas and a bit of antique. The host graciously allowed is to check-in early, but the previous residents (perhaps many previous residents?) had left a freezer full of oddities behind. The housekeeper stopped by to clean it out for us when requested and I appreciate the clear and helpful communication. The piano was such a gift to us. My family all play and the keys were never silent if we were awake and in the house. Since we were in town for a funeral, having those keys helped us with grieving. I wish every house had a piano as the centerpiece."
"This was the greatest adventure ever! Finding the property was an adventure in itself. We arrived after dark, and I can absolutely assure you that if you follow the little green arrows and trust the path, you’ll be rewarded with a place filled with magic.Kenneth is the most welcoming human on the planet. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. Waking up in exquisite bedding on a mattress fit for royalty, surrounded by an atmosphere of soul-touching peace and quiet, is an experience that simply can’t be matched anywhere else."
