"The room was perfect and clean. And staff was great, very quick to respond to any questions and needs. The property was beautiful, very quiet. Very relaxing. Only thing I'd say that would be something to improve the bed mattress overly soft and like you would sink lower so maybe a newer better mattress or box spring, it's not that it was super uncomfortable because it wasn't slept good second night but maybe a better mattress but all over we loved it and hopefully we will be back. It was a getaway for our 34th anniversary."

"A magical safari trip in the heart of the Texas Hill country. Reconnect with nature while you are staying in amazing glamping with all the amenities! Consider they offer kitchenette but there is no stove, you if you want to cook you will need to do it using the microwave or the outdoor fire pit. Also consider that the property it’s golf cart only and even if not mandatory it’s $150 extra for the stay. We have a blast and we were able to stargaze and have a lovely family time, highly recommended "

"We had an amazing stay at The Martinsburg! We spent two days here and it was the perfect Hill Country getaway. The cabin is beautiful, modern, and extremely well kept. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and details to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic — peaceful and surrounded by the rolling hills, yet still very close to Fredericksburg and several great wineries. Being within walking distance to Pedernales Cellars was a huge plus for us. The cabin was very clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful views of the Hill Country. If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay near Fredericksburg, we highly recommend The Martinsburg. "Great property with anything you would need to have a great time. Location was perfect as we tend to visit wineries near Stonewall. Cottage #3 was very modern with every amenity thought of. Great communication and easy check in / check out throughout our visit. "
