Holiday home for 5 people in Pechina, in the province of Almería, Andalusia.

On a rectangular plot of 3000 m., there is a plantation of orange, mandarin and fig trees at one end. At the other end, an olive plantation. Next to the olive trees an orchard and a chicken coop. The house is installed in the middle area of the rectangle. In it there is a porch of about 20 meters. A large kitchen-dining room, very bright and sunny, about 18 meters. An independent room of 21 m. An 18 m master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi, sink, water polo player and bidet. A second bedroom and 10 m. with a toilet and a shower.

Next to the house is the private pool and the garden area. This space has a service with sink, toilet and shower. There is another outdoor shower. It also has a barbecue kitchen next to the pool and a pergola. It also has several sun loungers, a large parasol, an Arab fountain and a well-kept garden.

There is a covered and closed space of about fifty meters, with a second barbecue kitchen.

It has ample space for parking.

The whole house has air conditioning, hot or cold. It is pending to install a fireplace for wood in the living room.
