We stayed there with my wife for over a week, and it was one of the best holiday experiences we've ever had, we regret that we didn't stay for longer.
The house itself is beautiful, with a lot of pretty details, like you're in a magazine; and with everything you might need during your stay, and more (although a microwave would be a welcome addition; but there was a small oven which was good enough for reheating some food). It stays cool enough during the day and reasonable during the night. I don't think you'll ever need an aircon even at summer.
And the house is set in a nice and huge garden on a hillside (roughly equally divided between olive trees, hillside, and wilderness), which is absolutely, totally private and isolated. Nobody can see or hear you, you cannot hear or see anybody (except for the small part at the bottom of the garden that faces another field), perfect for spending time together with your loved ones!
The pool is nice and large enough; it was an interesting experience to try the pizza oven. There were mosquitoes on the terrace in the evening, but mosquito coils keep them at bay.
We don't drive, and the location is very good for such a house; a beautiful village of Peccioli with all its sights and small stores and cafes is twenty minute walk away; there is a large supermarket in forty minutes walk; bus stop with connections to the train station is five minutes away.
It's so much better than we expected, highly recommend, and we'll definitely return!
