This property comprises a main building and a nice barn which have been carefully restored preserving their original architectural features as well as their beautiful cotto-tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The two units offer 8 comfortable apartments, all of which tastefully furnished in a Tuscan style.
Distances: the villages of Montelopio 1 km, Fabbrica with all kinds of shops 4 km away, an excellent restaurant offering nice recipes of the Tuscan tradition is approx. 800 m away, Volterra 25 km, Pontedera (with nice shopping facilities) 23 km away, Casciana Terme (with spas) 25 km, San Gimignano 30 km, Pisa (airport) 50 km, Livorno (seaside) 50 km away, Florence (airport) and Lucca approx. 65 km away, Siena approx. 70 km. The coastline with large equipped beaches is in a 45-minute drive.

At guests’ disposal: nice furnished garden, large swimming-pool (20 x 8 m – maximum depth 3 m), Jacuzzi area, playground for children, table tennis, bowling green, barbecue, bikes for rent, private furnished outdoor area for each apartment. A shared room with satellite TV is available. Covered parking within the grounds. All of the apartments provide screen nets and WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).
