敷地内の庭園がきちんとされていてキレイ。 スタッフの対応もよく気持ちよく滞在できた。 あと、プールからの眺望最高。 ひとつ残念だったのがお風呂の排水が悪かった事。 これがなければ僕的にパーフェクトでした。

ホテルスタッフの対応が人により良かったり、悪かったり。 施設のメンテナンスが行き届いていない。 プールやレストランからの景色は最高に良い。

よかった事、ホテル両替でレートが良かった。 残念だったこと、 バスタオル汚い、部屋に虫がいる、 お風呂が清潔感ない、シーツがジトッとしている

二度と泊まらない
ハネムーンと事前に伝えたのに、部屋のハネムーンセッティングが一斉ないし、びっくりほど汚い部屋が用意されました。 ホテルのスタッフの対応も相当に冷たかった。 最悪な一泊でした。 信じられない！

ロケーションのよいホテル
トイレから臭いがきつく部屋まで充満し、とてもガマンできなく途中でキャンセルして新たなホテルに変え余分な出費が重なり 格安アーでは無かった。

ウルワツの絶景HOTEL
こちらの景色の素晴らしさは、BALI屈指だと思います。特にインフィニティプールは水も景色も大変美しい。建物は古いですが、ゆったりしたお部屋とバスルームは使い勝手が良かったです。徒歩３分で、沢山有るウルワツのCafé、BAR、レストランに気軽に行けます。HOTEL内の全面ガラス張りレストランは特に景色が素晴らしく、美しい夕陽を眺めながら頂くカクテルやビールは格別です。朝食も絶景を眺めながら気分爽快🎶　BALIには沢山のHOTELが有りますが、お手頃価格で、このように素晴らしいロケーションを持つホテルはそう無いと思います。クタ、レギャン、スミニャックまで、タクシーで軽く１時間は掛かりますが、BALIのリピーターさんなら、お買い物を諦めて、こちらでのリゾート満喫滞在もなかなかいいものですよ。

A parte externa do hotel é melhor e mais cuidado, ao meu ver é o que traz o dinheiro ao hotel e acaba mantendo, os apartamentos sao antigos, banheiro com cheiro de fossa, mas nada que nao de pra ficar, vale demais pelo custo benefício e pelo pico, está literalmente na cara do mar, com ctz voltaria, mas uma reforma iria ajudar bastante

Il posto è belli, fronte mare, ma le stanze poco curate, una puzzava di muffa e l’altra aveva la vasca tappata, la lampada non funzionava e il balcone sporchissimo.

The hotel is located next to a beautiful beach & entertainment outlets. Beautiful place & beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel staff are very friendly amidst the current mood of corona virus infection. I was travelling with family & i was sharing a room with my son. I asked to be given a room with shower room, I got it almost instantly even though they are having full capacity. Overall, good experience staying at this hotel.

직원들은 친절함. 다만, 시설은... 정말 지금까지 다녀봤던 여행지 호텔 중 최악. 방 안 벽에서 도마뱀 출몰, 화장실은 진짜 정말 최악... 04군번인데 그 당시 포천시내에 있던 허름한 모텔 수준임. 구석구석 찌든때, 물때, 거미줄, 냄새 등등... 수영장 하나 보고 갔는데 짱개놈들 없다더니 양놈들이 짱개놈들처럼 선베드 다 알박기해어 메인풀에 살짝 몸만 담궜다가 나옴. 수영장 물이 바닷물인것도 깜놀. 맥주 작은 거 한병 65k. 진심 최악. 다시는 갈 일 없을 듯.

I was a little concerned having read some of the reviews before staying here, but the resort was beautiful. We stayed in an ocean view suite and it was lovely. The pool and grounds were gorgeous and well taken care of. The restaurant and room service were also great. We will definitely stay here again.

linda vista do hotel, por do sol excelente, moveis um pouco antigo, a principal piscina do hotel com vista estava em reforma em nossa visita, porem tem mais uma outra ótima piscina aquecida mas sem a vista. cafe da came excelente com vista incrível

Interesting experience.
The experience was not fantastic as we had the Junior Suite. This had numerous issues with the A/C, door, leaking water in the bathroom etc. We actually left one day early as the room was not up to standard. I have been searching for an email to contact although I cannot find it anywhere. Could anyone assist please?

The stay was reasonable! When we left we had a very annoying problem! The taxis at the door got in the way and didn't let us go with the driver we chose! There was an argument and the hotel simply ignored it ... no commitment to the customer !!!! A estadia foi razoável! Na hora de ir embora tivemos um problema muito chato! Os taxis da porta atrapalharam e não deixaram a gente ir com o motorista que escolhemos! Ouve uma discussão e o hotel simplesmente ignorou... sem compromisso com o cliente!!!!

Perfect Spot - Bad Service
The view is stunning, the party at Single Fin have so many beautiful people and great music. Bed is not that good, pillows are really hard, service overall disappoints, it is all about the charges, I got charged for an ice bucket to have my beers cold. Like, really? They just have the perfect spot, that keeps it alive.

Amazing hotel with even better restaurant!
Amazing hotel! The staff is always cheerful and ready to help. As guests, we got 20% discount in the bars and restaurant inside the hotel. The restaurant is amazing (taste the steaks!). The beach nearby is also amazing, so it's really convenient! Overall, a really pleasant experience! Things I think it's good to be aware: 1. The nice pool with ocean view is also part of a bar attached to a hotel, so expect lots of people there. Sometimes it's hard to find a place to sit in the shadow. 2. You can't really see the beaches from the pool, but rather the bar. 3. The bar becomes some sort of party at night, so expect music until 10pm-ish.

Also, an für sich ist das hotel ganz ok. Ich habe für den Preis pro Nacht etwas mehr Sauberkeit erwartet, aber um ganzen war es ganz ok. The room was amazing! Great views, lovely and spacious. Throughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and food they had to offer throughout the day. Such a good location right next to Single Fin for sunset drinks in the evening!

Decepcionante. Escolhemos este hotel devido ao posicionamento da piscina com vista para as ondas de Uluwatu. Porém, somente quando não seria mais possível cancelar a reserva sem perdas, recebi um e-mail comunicando que a piscina está em obras. No e-mail havia um pedido de desculpas avisando que a decisão da reforma havia sido feita há pouco tempo. Porém, chegando lá, descobri que a piscina estava em obras há muitos meses, antes mesmo da minha reserva ser efetuada. Achei falta de respeito não avisar da reforma no momento da venda. Desonesto. Também, solicitei opções veganas no café da manhã, porém fui ignorada e não havia praticamente nada que eu pudesse comer. Por fim, o restaurante Single Fins próximo ao hotel era bastante barulhento não nos permitindo descansar em silêncio durante a noite. Não recomendo e não vou retornar.
