I liked the ski in/out and its proximity to the gondola.
I did not like the ski valet as it caused line ups/delays to get your skis in the morning or an unnecessary visit prior to skiing to avoid the line. (This area should be turned into lockers if possible.)
I also did not like the hot tubs as there was not enough room (or tubs) and were always shoulder to shoulder post skiing.
I would also recommend providing a communal barbeque area for guests.
Overall, our experience was a very good one.

I had a few questions about my room and they always replied so quickly!
When I was booking, I commented that the stay was for my husband's birthday - and the manager came by with a gift and a card. They were so nice!
The tub was squeaky clean as was the entire deck. The tub inside the bathroom was also very large.
The view was fantastic and while we could hear music from the surrounding bars, it wasn't very loud at all. We didn't need the complimentary ear plugs.
Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and a full size fridge. Useful to us as we ended up with a fair amount of leftovers.
All in all, a fantastic stay. Will be coming back!
