"We really enjoyed our stay at the comfort zone. The location was amazing, right on the beach. There is a huge wraparound deck that allowed our dog to outside but kept him contained. My favorite part was the guest house that is connected to the main space by the deck. The kids slept in there, had their own bathroom and TV, so they could play Xbox all day like normal. There’s a loft with a bed and also a sleep sofa in there. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Our family had a fabulous time at Jay’s rental. We enjoyed our family time together and all the space this house had to offer! The elevator was a life saver. The fishing was great and morning coffee on the decks was relaxing. Off season in OBX is the best!"

"Wonderful home with spacious rooms and fantastic views. Decks were awesome with more than enough furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and moonlit nights! Nice open kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating. Definitely look forward to coming back to this gorgeous home again!! Oh and the hot tub was much larger than I expected, very enjoyable stay and highly recommend"

"Property was clean, neighborhood quiet and friendly. Amazing views through the house, you can watch sunsets, and sun rises every day if the weather allows it. Communication with property manager was great, any little issues or questions that we had were answered and handled in timely manner. "
