Villa Simac With Pool and Whirlpool, Pazin, Croatia

An independent modern villa, located in the heart of Istria in western Croatia. Set in its own garden, with a private swimming pool, the villa makes a great base for a family or friends to explore this beautiful region.

This contemporary villa sleeps 6 people. The light-filled sitting room, which has French windows opening onto the terrace by the pool, is comfortably furnished with a large sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV. The separate, fitted kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. Around the corner from the kitchen is a sunny dining room with a dining table and chairs. Glass doors lead out from the dining room to a sheltered indoor terrace area where guests will find another dining table plus a jacuzzi. This also opens up onto the patio by the swimming pool.

The poolside terrace makes a relaxing and stylish living area, furnished with sofas and an armchair. The garden has plenty for guests to enjoy, including badminton, a trampoline, volleyball and a swing. If this is too much, there are sun loungers where people can relax in peace.

Location
Set on a quiet side road in the small village of Trosti, the villa is just 10 minutes from the town of Pazin. Pazin is dominated by its medieval fortress in the middle of the town. It also hosts the largest outdoor market in the area, on the first Tuesday of each month.
Further afield, the city of Pula (40 minutes) makes a great day trip. It has very well-preserved Roman ruins as well as many cafés and restaurants, plus a large harbour
Croatia’s beautiful coast is about 30 minutes drive to the east and the west.

Pula International Airport is just 35 minutes away.
