The villa features a spacious, fully fenced outdoor area with a large private swimming pool with a children's section, an outdoor jacuzzi and a sunbathing area with loungers.The interior includes a traditional tavern-style room with a fireplace, a sauna, a fitness area and a massage table. The ground floor features a spacious living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A wooden staircase leads to a gallery with a billiard table and other games, connecting two bedrooms and the living room.On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and double beds, as well as a triple bedroom with a private bathroom. Next to the villa is a separate studio apartment with its own entrance, located near the pool. The studio includes two single beds, two sofa beds and a bathroom.The surrounding area is suitable for exploring Istrian landscapes, vineyards and olive groves. Local wines and traditional Istrian dishes can be enjoyed in nearby traditional taverns. Pazin, known for its historic castle, is just a few minutes away by car and offers opportunities for cultural and historical excursions.
