Secluded wonderful Villa, 50m2 pool, perfect for families and large groups
- Villa Dolores, just outside Pazin town, is a spacious property ideal for large groups and families with 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. This beautiful restored old stone house is completely private and peaceful. The big swimming pool and large outside covered terrace are surrounded by meadows and woods. The villa plot is large and there are no neighbours overlooking the property. You will find the house to have a lot of character and take home wonderful memories.
The Villa is completely equipped with everything you might need for a perfect vacation. The large kitchen with all the cutlery and appliances.
Comfortable sofas, big screen TV with a DVD and satellite programmes are located in the large inside living room. The complete interior is air conditioned.
Outside there is a fireplace with a barbecue (grill), the outside terrace with a dining table and many sofas. All around the pool there are sun beds.
There is also a billiard table, table tennis, badminton equipment, a large map of Istria with sight spots...
The entire Istrian peninsula with its coastal towns is within a short drive. Good places to eat and interesting things to see, like the 1000 year old town of Pazin, are doted all around. Bicycles are available for rent.
