Birds and squirrels are fun to watch from the covered back porch. On the way there from Payson, we saw open range cattle and 3 elk. Clean place. Outstanding owner communication. Very private, yet seems like acres of outdoor space next to a stream. Fully outfitted kitchen is family-friendly. Cards and games and magazines to occupy everyone. Plan on staying multiple days and multiple times — we will and we have. A rating. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was charming and cozy, with an amazing view that made every morning special. It was spotless, very well-stocked, and had everything we needed, including an extremely comfortable bed, we felt right at home. There were plenty of activities—boating, hiking, and fishing kept us entertained throughout our trip. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It is down a narrow drive that gets you away from the main drag so you won't be walking anywhere, but that's why we liked it - quiet!"
