Kent Island Luxury Waterfront

"This house was spacious and accommodated our multi-generational family of 13 (6 teens and 7 adults) well. Having access to the water was amazing! The young teens spent hours catching crabs, swimming with the jelly fish, and having long conversations out on the pier. We were all able to fit around the dining room table, which was nice. Each adult couple had a private room, also really nice. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. But, there are some things to be aware of: the house is someone's home, where they seem to do a lot of duck hunting, The smell in the garage is something! Much of the home is really messy -- the cabinets, drawers, closets--have stuff (including open food) in them and nothing is organized. The interior door of the washing machine was really grimy. The towels are clean, but old...nothing special. It's not set up like a well-appointed rental property, which for the price was disappointing. Also, there's no stereo/speakers for playing music. There are no hooks in the bathrooms for hanging up towels. Several things were broken, about which the host was very gracious (e.g., the water filter wasn't working, so he left us a 24 pack of bottled water in the fridge). We had a great family reunion and the house was well located for seeing more extended family. Just want folks to know that "luxury" is an overstatement."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautiful, incredibly peaceful, spotlessly clean, and truly feels like a private retreat. It was also one of the best-stocked vacation rentals we’ve stayed in—everything we needed was already there, making it easy to settle in and relax from the moment we arrived.The highlight of the house is the fantastic screened-in deck, perched up on the second floor with beautiful views out over the water. It’s the perfect place for morning coffee, an afternoon book, or an evening drink while enjoying the breeze and peaceful surroundings. Even the trex floorboards of the porch were screened in for a truly relaxing bug free outdoor experience!The setting feels wonderfully secluded and private, yet the house itself is comfortable, welcoming, and exceptionally well cared for. If you’re looking for a quiet waterfront escape where you can truly unplug and relax, this is a special place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this spot while visiting our son for Plebe Parents Weekend at USNA. Had plenty of space to relax and unwind and communication was great throughout. One thing that wasn't as clear until arrival was that this is a guest house above garage next to main house where owner resides - therefore the pool/hot tub/outdoor space isn't private but shared. Wasn't a big deal to us but could to know beforehand. Really enjoyed the peaceful setting and was great to have the pool to cool off in with hot August humidity."

"Had wedding weekend at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, Property was perfect for what we needed, less than 10 minutes door to door. View is outstanding and very relaxing. Yard is completely fenced so if you’re traveling with your dog it’s exactly what you need. If you’re not traveling with a pet the house is also great for you, other than the dog bowls left for convenience there is nothing that would indicate there were dogs there in the past. Surrounding streets are clean and quiet and great for walking."

"The property definitely met our expectations with its expansive bay views. Though the house is quite large there are several intimate areas for enjoying the views, reading, watching a movie or hanging out. Sitting out on the deck or dock was a favorite. Location was good for day tripping to Annapolis or St. Michael’s. I have no reservations recommending this property."

"We stayed at this beautiful, well appointed house for a weekend wedding at the Bay Club. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Linda‘s house, her excellent communication/timelines of response, and every amenity she provided — she went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend staying at her house. You will not be disappointed."
