「We always stay at Hampton when we travel. However, recently, I have begun to notice an unpleasant trend.
Has there recently been a company memo sent out to your locations that require the front desk staff NOT to smile and NOT to in anyway indicate that they are happy the customer is checking in??
Good Lord, is their job so miserable that they act like they have been on duty for 36 straight hours?

「We had my son's 12th birthday at the hotel so he could swim with his friends. The front desk never complained about them being kids (loud) they offered milk with thier cookies! We will def be doing it again! 」
「Great property, great staff, and while it may not be a Marriott or Hilton it is a great place to stay and walk on the lake front beach. The restaurant on site has c really great food that is made fresh.」

「A well-appointed house on a canal in a rural area close ( a few minutes) to Port Clinton, with plenty of room for the four of us. Our stay was very short but would definitely choose it again. One point, one of the beds is a full-size mattress turned sideways so very wide but not suitable for adults unless you sleep "across" it. We were there to bird the famous Magee Marsh and Ottawa NWR, it was great for that and if you have a boat you can tie up right there.」
