「The young and enthusiastic staff (from all parts of India) were responsive to our requests for modifications to the food; needless to say this required the full cooperation from the Chef and the kitchen staff. Food was freshly prepared, tasty and presented in an attractive manner. (We were a party of four and of a certain vintage and tended to favor our food to be on the bland side).」
