Excellent hotel and great value. Large comfortable room and bed, great breakfast choices, friendly and helpful staff. Quiet at night. Liked that it has its own parking lot. Would definitely recommend.

El diseño del hotel es bonito, la atención en buena. Sin embargo, hay que avisar en recepción que necesitas agua caliente. Para el ultimo día de estancia nos pusieron toallas deshilachadas y el agua estaba tibia. Considero que la atención y el servicio debe ser igual desde el inicio hasta el final de la estadía de huésped.

El chef y la comida muy rico la ubicación también muy bien el único detalle que sugiero mejorar son los baños ya que son muy antiguos pero por todo lo demás regreso sin problema

Un hotel muy recomendable para tener una estancia placentera en Pátzcuaro. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias, el personal muy amable y el domingo que hay buffet para desayuno está muy rico. Sin duda regresaría a hospedarme ahí.
