Staff helpful. Did not like the fact that when you come back in early evening, the reception staff are all lying down on their mobiles.. when you arrive they get up for you but its not what you expect. If they sorted this out and put reception staff in a uniform then i think this would help. Apart from this we enjoyed the stay here.

위치는 선착장에서 걸어서 5분 거리로 아주 좋았고, 호텔 바로 맞은 편 식당이 저렴하고 맛있음. 호텔 시설 매우 청결함. 단, 방음이 잘 안되어서 옆방에서 떡치는 소리, 신음 소리 그대로 다 들림ㅡㅡ;

Schöne Anlage, wenig Komfort

Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine schöne Anlage. Der Pool ist wirklich super und das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Große Minuspunkte hingehen waren neben der extrem harten Matratze jedoch auch zahlreiche krabbelnde Mitbewohner im Badezimmer und der Service - nach der 1. Nacht klopfte man uns um 06:50 Uhr (!) wach, um uns das Frühstück zu überreichen. Am zweiten Tag das gleiche um 08:00 Uhr, nur um uns auf das Buffet aufmerksam zu machen.

There were so many ants in the room! And Wi-Fi was not usable in our room ( may be it was too far). There are no soap and when I asked the staff couldn’t speak english and he refused to give. However at the end of the day he gave some soap and extra shampoo.. Wasn’t the best experience for the price. Price wasn’t bad but basically pattaya hotels were much better for this price. Moreover, there’s nothing to do at night in Ko Lan! It’s a good place to go one day trip and comeback unless you don’t wanna miss pattaya late night fun activities

Fint hotell i gåavstand fra havnen(ca 200m) Personellet snakket ikke så godt engelsk, men var veldig hyggelige. Bra hotell til en rimelig pris. Bra AC, Ok basseng og gratis frukost. Perfekt for mitt opphold som var 2 netter der fokuset var å være mest mulig ute ved strendene samtidig som AC og basseng var krav.

The staff were lovely, great pool (very clean and a good size), hot breakfast delivered on the verandah, only 100m to town, well appointed cottage with king bed, quiet and clean. A gem of a holiday location with 5 different beaches within 10 minutes. Very much under rated. Will go here again.

Bra läge och ok pool, rummen var sådär.

Trevlig personal. Inte så rent, var kackerlacka på första rummet så vi fick byta direkt mycket trevliga. Tror problemet är att man får maten på rummet som inte var någon höjdare. Skulle vara mycket bättre om dom hade frukost buffé alla mornar.

На Ко Лане можно жить!

Отдыхали в отдельном домике. Хороший отель с бассейном, но уже не новый. Довольно чисто. Кондер напротив кровати. Муравьи моментально попадают в номер. Хороший бассейн. Полотенец маловато, всего два. Не хватает у полотенец запаха чистоты. Постельное белье хорошее. Кровати удобные. Правильно писали гости, что отель любят китайские гости. Тогда шума-...! На рецепшене - приятный молодой человек, заселение быстрое. Недалеко вечерний рынок. На пляж - только на тук-туках!

The 🏊ng pool was very dirty... the smell of water too is no good. breackfast no have nothing for european people... no coffe no yogurt no cookies...
