"The property is conveniently located and the bed was comfortable. The property is quite and they provided coffee in the morning. Our room had some water damage in the bathroom and a bit of a musty odor when we opened the door. Running the ac and having the door open a bit, helped relieve the odor. I generally like motel 6 for quick travel stays. This one could use a refresh, but we booked on short notice and got a good nights sleep."

"This was a great place to stay, and close to everything. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Our host was very nice, and left items for us to make breakfast - eggs, bagels, cheese, muffins, cookies, croissants - which was an unexpected bonus!. The home was spacious and clean and easy to park."

"Great life experience. House is legendary. Kurt is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any issues. Only thing I’d tell future visitors is this is a classic northern home without hvac and I’d have a fan for your room to sleep in if you like it cool. We opened windows and it worked just fine. Overall just love the house and Buffalo is the best city I’ve ever visited. We frequented the Big Tree next door and couldn’t have met nicer people or been more welcomed. Definitely recommend this house and this renter. Go Bills!"

"We loved having a mini kitchen in the room - such a convenient location to run to the grocery store - plenty of room in the fridge to store food. Full-sized coffee pot was fantastic. The breakfasts were good. Typical ham, sausage, bacon and eggs several different ways. Yogurt and berries and cottage cheese, bagels, toast, and waffles, too. The front desk staff was very professional and helpful. We had a problem with the AC and they sent someone up to take a look. It was determined it could not be fixed, so they moved us to a different room. The AC in the new room was very noisy, but at least it was cool. Will stay here next time we travel to south Buffalo."

"Thank you for a great mini vacation. However, a few things could have been done better. 1. The lobby was not very clean; mostly the floors and the bathroom in the lobby. 2. Most hotels end breakfast at 10 am. Breakfast at 9 am was a little early. The rooms were pretty clean, and I love the standing shower. Overall, it was a good experience."
