Daha güzel balkonlu bir oda verdi ve sürekli ilgilendi bizimle. O olmasaydı düşük puan verecektim ama ilgisi için güler ablaya teşekkür ederiz🙏"

"Our visit can only be described as comical. We booked a room with a kitchen, never saw one. Apparently our booking had been taken when they were full. There were language barriers which contributed to our issues ok but we ended up in a room that was not fit for purpose. Internet was spasmodic, the shower was broken, we only managed one hot shower each across 3 days. The bathroom door was broken meaning it could not be closed.
