"We chose this hotel because we were traveling with our two small dogs. The room was comfortable, clean, and updated. We really appreciated the fenced in dog relief area, especially because it was raining during our stay and it allowed us to avoid muddy areas for potty breaks. Breakfast was included, but we didn't take advantage of it. My only complaint about our room was that the entry door didn't seem to close fully. It did lock, but it didn't sit flush with the threshold, which was a concern with the inclement weather. I wasn't worried for my safety or anything. Just wished the closed door felt a bit more sealed."

"Breakfast was very good. We stayed because some reviews mentioned that this hotel was family friendly but the staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. Maybe because we are Hispanic, or they just dislike outsiders and tourists, I don't know, but it was uncomfortable the way they would look at us, up and down, like judging us. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough. The bathroom was kind of dirty, specially the baseboards and the floors and tub. The breakfast and the beds made it good enough for us but the hotel need to provide better customer service and not make the experience uncomfortable."

"Fabulous property. Convenient to Zion and Bryce Canyon NPs, and driving Highway 12. The casita is new and is perfect. Our only, and it is tiny, criticism is that we like to prepare a lot of salads. If there were a few salad utensils and a couple more forks, well that would be perfect. The property was clean, comfortable, and extremely quiet….zero noise day or night. Super calm neighborhood. Relaxing.We will definitely book here again when we return.Super hosts."

"We had such a great stay! We traveled with our toddlers and the house was very kid-friendly and had everything we needed. We loved the cool, crisp air and being so close to the national parks. The rooms were cozy, and the kitchen was perfect for our big group! The huge oven made cooking for everyone so much easier. The hot tub was definitely a hit, too! We also loved the “pass it forward” cabinet in the kitchen. Such a thoughtful little touch! We were able to use a few things left by previous guests and enjoyed leaving some things behind for the next guests to use as well. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and enjoy some time together!"
