PAROS HOUSE - A Peaceful Private Villa with Amazing Sea & Sunset View
On the ground floor, which is about 100 sq.m, there is the main house and on the first floor, which is about 40 sq.m, the second guest house. In this villa you can find peace, tranquility and appreciate nature. It is situated about 8 km away from Parikia, the port of Paros and only 1.5 km away from the ferry to Antiparos. From every aspect of the house one can enjoy a majestic view of the Aegean Sea, the island of Antiparos, the channel with numerous yachts and the well known to surfers, wind and kite surfing spot of Pounta. Beautiful view and colorful sunsets are overwhelming. An air of elegance combines the contemporary aesthetics with the traditional Cycladic design in a unique and sophisticated way.
Entering the bigger property you find a spacious open plan area combining living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, giving a modern atmosphere. It consists of two five seat corner sofas, one of which opens up into double bed if needed.

Marvellous!!!
This place is unique! First of all it's located on a very quiet "neighborhood" near Paros town, very near Antiparos and near Sea of cource! Second, it's a very beautiful design, very clean, and you feel like you are all alone beside nature!
It has many specific details taken care and that shows the quality of the owner as a person!
Parking...everywhere!
if you have kids, it's an ideal place because it's like you are in the country, with a lot of free space!
The rooms are newly created, with all the comforts and they are very cosy!
At night, it's just spectacullar! The sunset, then the stars, then the milky way to galaxy!!!
Unforgettable moments! That's Life!!!

loved it!
I loved everything!
We stayed for two weeks and it felt like home. Maria was a great host. She picked us from the airport with huge enthousiasm and gave us the best advice for places to visit.
The house is stylish, clean and spacious and it was very handy to have the faciliites for my friends' baby.
