エミリアロマーナの拠点ホテルするならおすすめ

立地がとても良い。駅近で街中へ徒歩でまわれる。受付嬢はとても明るく気さくで親切だった。部屋は明るく広めで電動ポットサービスがありコーヒー、紅茶も選べて今回滞在した全ホテルの中で一番良かった。シャワーのみだがシンク下にシャワー時使える椅子が用意されてとても楽だった。タオルは3種。充電用電源も複数ある。食事のビュッフェ場所はエレベーターのすぐ側で開放感がありゆったりしている。飲料水はレモンなどが入ってるカラフェ、蜂蜜は巢蜜。ヨーグルト2種。ハムやチーズも選べて充実している。環境に配慮しつつ質の高いサービスで滞在を楽しめた。

Best place to stay in Parma

This hotel has enough service and facility to stay comfortablly. The staff at the front desk respond to inquiry very quickly, the room has reasonable space. You can take a bath with the clean bathtub to relax yourself. Very close to the station. I would stay here again.

very nice, clean and comfortable short distance walk from the train station. The room is very quiet and comfortable and the whole property is very clean.

This is my second time and I had a wonderful and amazing experience as always be in Novotel. Staff were all courteous, enthusiastic, and have shown professionalism in their work. Room is clean and spacious. My only suggestion is that they need to change the breakfast food selections two or three times a week.

Bellissimo hotel niente da dire, pulizia ottimale, check in con un ragazzo molto simpatico e disponibile. Il parcheggio un po’ stretto ma comunque comodo essendo attaccati al centro. L’unica pecca purtroppo é stata una dipendente un po’ probabilmente stanca che ha esternato e polemizzato la sua stanchezza forse in modo poco opportuno. In generale nonostante questo direi un ottimo hotel .

hotel muito próximo da estação de trem, e algumas quadras do centro da cidade. Quarto e banheiro modernos, de tamanho bom e limpos. Não compramos a estadia com café da manhã, porque nosso trem partia as 07:30 e o café era servido a partir das 07h.

Awful Internet connectivity

Awful internet connectivity. Had to contact hotels.com directly due to hotel staff giving the runaround reasoning and being given a conference room late in the evening instead of just being given a different room location in the building to receive better wifi connectivity.

Når inte upp till 4 stjärnor. Det första rummet vi fick motsvarande inte förväntningarna. Receptionen var tillmötesgående och vi fick byta rum, det rummet var helt okej! Dock endast pappersmuggar på rummet och det kanske inte motsvarar 4-stjärniga hotell. Frukosten var bra och även restaurangen på hotellet var bra.

Vi har boet her mange gange og er ganske godt tilfreds med stedet men denne gang fik vi et dobbeltværelse med en låst dør til rengøringen og det var en del mere lydt en normalt, ellers fint.

Good solid city centre hotel. Rooms are good size , modern and very clean. Breakfast was very tasty, handy parking underneath hotel and a good hotel gym.

This is a comfortable, modern hotel that is only a couple of blocks from the Parma train station. It is a 10 minute walk to Garibaldi Square and all the great sites and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood around the hotel is a bit run down, but it was safe and the proximity to the train station makes it super convenient.

Bellissima stanza

Arrivare in hotel alle 11 di mattina e trovare il sorriso dell'addetto alla reception che ti comunica che la tua camera è già pronta: beh,un ottimo inizio!!!La camera poi era ampia e funzionale,con un bel bagno provvisto di bellissima doccia.Consigliatissimo!!

Staff was excellent and room was nice. Could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom. Great facilities on site. It’s not a good area but it’s near the station so if you need to stay in the area this is a good spot to stay.
