チェックインの際、常に笑顔で気持ちの良い接客で、こちらから聞かないでもバスタブ付きの部屋を選ばせて貰いました。 部屋もお風呂も清潔で、パルマの中心街からもほど近く、静かな街を楽しめました。また利用したいです。

快適な滞在
駅からも近く観光にも便利な立地で快適な滞在でした。お部屋はクラシカルな雰囲気で素敵でしたが 照明が少し暗いのと外の景色が望めなかったのが少し気になりました。朝食は口コミが良かったので期待しましたが、今まで泊まったホテル以上ではなかったのですが、一般的は感じの内容でした。紹介されたレストランは安くて美味しかったです。お部屋にはコーヒーメーカーが備えてありましたが、短い滞在だったので使う機会はありませんでした。部屋にスリッパがそなえてあると良いと思いました。

安いわりには、部屋も普通で食事はおいしかった（別料金だったが）。駅からもも近く、旧市街も近いので 買い物にも便利。ホテル近くのレストランもおいしかった。

駅から徒歩10分程に位置するホテルです。 観光スポットにも近く、レストランも周辺にいくつかあり便利。 国立絵画館もすぐ目の前。 部屋は、デラックスルームを予約しました。広々して寛ぐ事ができました。

電気施設の不具合で、エアコンと冷蔵庫が正常に作動しなかったので、部屋を交換することになった。また、チェックイン時に部屋の設備の説明がンなく、窓の外のシャッターに開け方がわかんなかったので確認に手間がかかった。

The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s about 5 minutes from the train station and a few minutes from attractions. My room was very comfortable and was spotlessly clean. I would have preferred lighter bed linen, than a quilt, but that is a personal presence. I also would have appreciated a complementary bottle of water given the cost of the hotel. I was disappointed that the bar was not opened as it was advertised as having one. Maybe it is open during the Summer. As a solo traveller, I like the option of having a quite drink at nighttime at a hotel. However, this is a beautiful hotel, I enjoyed my stay and I will consider staying here again when I next visit Parma.

An uncomfortable sleep but otherwise excellent.
Easy check in. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy (just book ahead!) Room however was extremely hot. I couldn't get the fan to work and did not sleep well due to this. I know many hotels tend to be hot, but wow, considering it was not even hot outside it was ridiculous.

La camera ed il bagno avevano un'ottima pulizia. Un po buia la zona scrivania e difficilmente raggiungibili le prese sotto la scrivania. Nessun listino prezzi per il frigo bar. Posizione centrale per raggiungere i posti da visitare a Parma. Receptionist molto cortese e disponibile.

No sleep too much noise from other rooms
A beautiful hotel in a great location however the room walls are paper thin we could hear the next doors room running the taps and flushing the toilet plus it sounded like they was having a shower in our room and I was up twice in the night thinking taps in our room was running. I could also hear what they was watching on the tv and talking about. Such a shame as lovely hotel and staff and if we hadn’t over slept and had to rush for our train due to hardly any sleep which also resulted in us leaving a whole host of our personal items behind I would have raised these issues with them and asked for a refund.

Higher expectations
I had much higher expectaions. The interior is lokking as it is from the 1990´s. No modern feeling at all. Shower on floor 4 was a joke, hardly working at all due to low pressure. Old fashioned hotel in need of moderisation!

Hotel bom. Localização perfeita e café da manhã gostoso. Estrutura muita antiga e precisa de manutenção. O ar condicionado não funcionou de forma satisfatória, ficamos presos dentro do quarto pq tivemos problema na maçaneta da porta e demoravam muito para repor as coisas do café da manhã. Ficaria novamente pq a localização é maravilhosa e os funcionários muito simpáticos.
