Wasn't greeted very well by the front desk staff. We arrived at 10om and were immediately told to be quiet as there were sleeping elders on the property. Wasn't able to understand the English spoken by the front desk staff at night. The morning staff were brilliant

The noise from the second floor was quite noticeable and made the room downstairs uncomfortable, especially when trying to relax or sleep. Better sound insulation would make the stay much more comfortable.
